Best Buddies Mission Statement: To establish a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Best Buddies is a national charitable organization dedicated to enhancing our communities through one-to-one friendships between students with intellectual disabilities and other high school students. Our program here at Assumption has grown tremendously since it started and will hopefully continue to grow. Each year we have more and more students involved, allowing us to develop a successful, welcoming and fun group. We look forward to another great year!
